Most orders are shipped within 72 hours via UPS, insured. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday it will not be processed until the next business day. As a courtesy, Awards For Anything will allow the use of your company’s carrier and account number. Please note there will be a 20% handling fee to process your order. In the event there is any damage to your package and the content within during transit, Awards For Anything will not be held liable for any replacements due to damage occurred in transit. Client will be responsible for filing a claim with carrier. Awards For Anything will replace product after a new order is placed. We also suggest that if using your own carrier and or account number that you authorize insurance on your package, in the event of damage.
We offer FREE shipping on all trophy and plaque orders $99.00 or more. Please note that this offer is only valid in the Continental United States and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside the United States. We ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS and can not be held liable for delayed or lost packages.
Awards for Anything, Inc will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they can not be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events. If a deadline is missed due to our carrier (UPS) all shipping cost will be refunded in full.
Canada orders are subject to separate brokers fee's paid directly to UPS. Awards For Anything is not responsible for the collection or the payment of these fee's.
24 Hour Shipping Policy
Awards For Anything’s 24 hour shipping offer can only be honored on online orders placed before 3:00pm EST. If your order consists of an item or items advertised as 24 hour shipping, and your order also contains any item not advertised as 24 hour shipping, please understand your whole order will be shipped together in the time frame stated on the top right hand side of the home page where it reads “Our current production time is “” days”. Free Shipping Policy
Awards For Anything’s free shipping policy applies to orders for trophies and plaques only. Your order needs to consist of one of two things; $99.00 or more of trophies or $99.00 or more of plaques. One cannot be combined with another. If you add items to your order that do not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping on those items based on the weight of the product.

*When ordering online we require an event date to be entered. That date is used to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping policy. If our customer services reps notice the wrong shipping method was selected, as a courtesy, you may be notified by the next business day. If this occurs you will then be able to leave your shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a priority which will meet your deadline.*
