Cancellation Policy

Please know if you place an order online and then cancel, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All engraved plates, plaques, acrylics or glass items are non refundable.

When ordering online we require an event date to be entered.  That date is used to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping policy. If our customer services reps notice the wrong shipping method was selected, as a courtesy you may be notified by the next business day.  If this occurs you will then be able to leave your shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a priority which will meet your deadline.
