What is the average turn-around time?
48-72 hours after the final proof has been approved.
What is the average turn-around time for custom products? (i.e. patches, lanyards)
3-6 weeks depending on the product.
When will I receive a proof?
A proof will be send via email within 24 hours. If the Graphic Artist is unable to use the logo then an email will be sent within 24 hours requesting a better or different logo.
What is the best format for a logo?
JPEG at the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred) preferably in black and white.
How much is each additional character (over pre-given limit)?
$0.15
Do spaces count as characters?
No. However punctuation (commas, periods, etc.) are counted as characters.
How do I receive a quote?
Email Sales@AwardsForAnything.com and include the product, quantity, size, color, logo/artwork, shipping address, and any other necessary information.
How much can I fit on a medal?
It is best to keep the engraving at three or four lines.
Can you engrave items not purchased from your store?
Yes but limitations may apply. Please contact customer service for further information.
