Return/Refund Policy

Awards For Anything strives to provide the highest quality of products, superior customer service, and fast delivery on all of our services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Client Service Department. Replacements or change in product will be offered in the monetary amount of the invoiced product, and the retuned of the original product. Contact to the Client Service Department must be made by phone or email within fifteen (15) days of the purchased date.

Damaged Product

Awards For Anything has contracted 3rd party transportation companies, UPS and USPS, to make delivery of all completed orders. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact the Client Service Department, and the claims filing process will be explained to you in detail. This must be done within 15 days of the purchased date, in order for the proper claims to be filed, and replacements to be shipped. 

Cancellation Policy

Awards For Anything has extended a 12-hour cancellation period for all online orders, without penalty. Any cancellation after that time will be subject to a 20% product restocking fee. High-end Plaques, Acrylics, Marble and Glass items are non refundable, after said time or returnable once they have been engraved.  

Event Date Indication

While placing your order through our online store, please be sure to indicate an event date. This date is used to ensure that you receive the fastest service available. As a courtesy, our Client Service department will calculate the proper production time, shipping transit time, and will notify you by email of any issues or delays foreseen. Should there be no return contact made, the order will continue to be processed as indicated on the order. Changes to shipping methods will not made without consent and payment.
